The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the publication of the notification slip for mock examination for 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) candidates has been published. The mock candidates can now download and print out their slips in anticipation of the test scheduled.
In a release made on Thursday, April 3, 2025, JAMB indicated that mock notification slips are downloadable from its official website. The board asked candidates to access the portal provided for them, log in using their registration details, and print out their slips to receive confirmation of their centers and schedule.
The mock test, which is an optional test designed to familiarize candidates with the computer-based testing (CBT) environment, will be conducted later this month. JAMB emphasized that the mock exercise is not a prerequisite for the initial UTME but a practice window provided for candidates to experiment with the system and solve technical problems before the real Exam.
How to print your UTME-Mock slip
Applicants are encouraged to print their slips in good time to prevent last-minute problems. To obtain the slip, applicants should:
- Go to the official JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng.
- Proceed to the UTME mock e-slip printing page.
- Enter their registration number or email address on registration.
- Download and print the notice slip.
JAMB re-emphasized its commitment to a seamless examination process and requested candidates to watch out for all instructions and notify its support bases in the event of a problem encountered while trying to access slips.
The main 2025 UTME will be conducted towards the later part of the year, and its dates will be made known to the candidates in due course, as provided by the board. Candidates are urged to keep abrest via the official JAMB communication bases for further updates.
