The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced the registration dates for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Prospective candidates should mark their calendars and prepare for one of Nigeria’s most important academic milestones.

Registration Timeline

The registration for the event will commence on February 1, 2025, and will close on February 28, 2025. Candidates are advised to register early. Late registration may attract additional fees, candidates are encouraged to complete the process within this period.

Key Requirements for Registration

National Identification Number (NIN): This is mandatory for all candidates. Visit the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) office if you haven’t registered.
Valid Email Address: Ensure you have an active and accessible email for communication with JAMB.
Phone Number: Use a phone number that is unique to you, as it will be linked to your JAMB profile.
O’Level Results: Upload your results or indicate “Awaiting Results” if applicable.
Payment Details: Ensure you have funds for the registration fee (approximately ₦5,700, including CBT service charges).

How to Register

Create a JAMB profile via the official website (www.jamb.gov.ng).
Purchase the JAMB e-PIN at accredited banks or online payment platforms.
Visit an accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) center for biometric capturing and registration.
Review your registration details carefully before submission.

Additional Information

Mock Examination (Optional): The mock exam will be conducted on March 15, 2025. Interested candidates must indicate their participation during registration.
