Waltersmith Group Chairman and Co-founder, Abdulrazaq Isa, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the newly re-established World Energy Council Nigeria. The World Energy Council is the preeminent international organization promoting the sustainable supply and use of energy for the greatest benefit of all.
Abdulrazaq Isa Profile
Abdulrazaq Isa has been board chairman of Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited since 2004 having served as the company’s CEO prior to that. He also served as Vice Chairman of Pipeline Integrity Nigeria Ltd between 1996 and 1997.
Before moving into the energy sector, he had a successful finance career serving as Executive Director of Safetrust Savings & Loans Ltd from 1994 – 1996 and as manager at Chartered Bank Nigeria (now Stanbic IBTC) between 1989 and 1994. He was also Marketing Officer/ Internal Control Officer at the defunct African International Bank (AIB) from 1984 – 1989.
