Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will provide administrative and operational support to the UNIDO country office. Core duties include:
- Managing correspondence, drafting responses, and tracking follow-ups
- Preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Supporting project coordination, workshops, and meetings
- Handling procurement processes and liaising with vendors
- Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial transactions
- Using ERP systems like SAP for administrative and HR processes

Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Background
- Minimum: Secondary school certificate or equivalent

Work Experience

- OR 5 years for candidates with a university degree
- Prior experience within the UN system or multicultural environments is beneficial
Technical Skills
