Job Overview

The Retail Station Cashier plays a key role in cash management, reconciliation, and administrative coordination within the station.

The position also supports back-office operations and ensures compliance with financial and operational procedures.

This role is full-time and open across multiple station locations.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Safely manage cash handling, safekeeping, and banking processes
  • Ensure the station maintains a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
  • Uphold high standards of product quality and customer service
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock receipt to prevent losses
  • Maintain compliance with station operational procedures and financial guidelines
  • Oversee daily cash and sales reconciliation across all attendants
  • Collect and reconcile POS transactions with recorded sales
  • Work with the Station Manager on cash reimbursement and financial reporting
  • Track pump meter readings for accurate sales reconciliation
  • Ensure timely evacuation of cash to designated financial institutions
  • Prepare financial reports and support administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
