Key Responsibilities

Safety, Standards & Control

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly station environment
  • Ensure strict compliance with EHSSQ (Environment, Health, Safety, Security & Quality) standards
  • Uphold product quality and deliver top-tier customer experience
  • Oversee maintenance and operational standards at the station

Sales, Operations & Business Development

  • Drive consistent achievement of sales and financial targets
  • Manage inventory effectively to minimize stock loss
  • Supervise product receipt and storage processes
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to boost station performance

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and profit & loss
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of sales, expenses, and cash reports
  • Prepare periodic operational and financial reports
  • Utilize reporting platforms efficiently for business tracking

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Protect the company’s brand reputation through operational excellence
  • Ensure environmental and operational integrity at all times

People Management

  • Supervise station staff and ensure compliance with operational procedures
  • Promote efficiency, discipline, and productivity among team members

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 4–5 years experience in LPG station operations or similar role
  • Proven knowledge of LPG operations and safety standards
  • Strong background in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in stakeholder and relationship management
  • Solid understanding of oil and gas industry dynamics
  • Proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
