About the Internship
The Engineering Internship provides participants with an opportunity to apply engineering knowledge to real-world challenges while developing technical and professional skills. Interns will be assigned engineering projects that align with the company’s operational priorities and regional objectives.
The programme also enables GE Vernova to identify emerging engineering talent while giving interns valuable insight into careers in power generation and energy technology.
Key Responsibilities
Successful interns will be expected to:
- Apply engineering principles to assigned technical tasks and projects
- Support engineering initiatives across the region’s installed equipment base
- Execute defined technical projects that support business priorities
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, customers, and senior management
- Provide support to the regional engineering leadership team
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Be currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Lagos State
- Demonstrate computer proficiency

Location
The internship is based in Lagos State, Nigeria. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
