In his statement, Starmer wrote:

Another nation’s leader has joined in congratulating Trump. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also shared a message of support on X, underscoring Trump’s commitment to strategic U.S.-Ukraine cooperation, including a recent “Victory Plan” aimed at addressing Russian aggression.
“We look forward to an era of a strong United States of America under President Trump’s decisive leadership,” said Zelenskyy, expressing hope that Trump’s “peace through strength” approach will bring just peace closer for Ukraine.
