The Snaresbrook Crown Court has confirmed that popular Nigerian socialite and dancer, Iweh Pascal Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, will be appearing before the court on assault charges.
According to Punch, the court’s Admin Team Lead, James Baker, confirmed that the matter is official and that the case is listed for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026.
He wrote, “OFFICIAL. Good afternoon. I can confirm that this case is currently listed at Snaresbrook Crown Court for plea and trial preparation on the 15th September 2026.
“Criminal Court hearings are open to the public. Precise times and courtroom information will not be available until the day before the hearing. Many thanks.”
PUNCH Online reported on Monday that the founder of the community of Nigerians in the United Kingdom, Benjamin Kuti, aka Oluomo of Derby said Poco Lee is currently in a UK prison and is scheduled to appear before the Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15, 2026, at exactly 10 am.
“I can confirm that the reports are true. Poco Lee is currently on remand in a UK prison. His next court date is scheduled for the second week of September, when he is expected to have a plea hearing,” he said.
