NOVA Bank has officially opened applications for its highly anticipated Graduate Trainee Program 2027, popularly known as **NGTP’27**.
The programme, themed “Powering the Next Wave of Banking Revolution,” is designed to identify and develop the next generation of banking professionals who will drive innovation in Nigeria’s financial services sector.
The one-year intensive programme combines classroom training, practical project work, and direct mentorship from NOVA Bank’s top executives. Successful trainees will gain deep exposure to the bank’s customer-centric solutions, digital banking platforms, and overall innovative approach to modern banking.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program 2027, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
– Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
– Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
– Be not more than 27 years of age
