Union Bank has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering entry-level opportunities through its Graduate Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp.
The programme is targeted at young Nigerian graduates who meet the bank’s academic, age and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) requirements.
Graduate Management Trainee Programme Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least a second-class lower division or an HND with a minimum of lower credit.
Candidates must also have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application and must have completed the NYSC programme.
Requirements For Tech Bootcamp
The Tech Bootcamp is designed for candidates with a background in technology and related disciplines.
Applicants are expected to possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences or a related field, or hold a relevant professional IT certification.
Candidates for the Tech Bootcamp must have at least a second-class lower division from a recognised university or an HND with a minimum of lower credit.
They must also have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
Applicants must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application and possess either an NYSC discharge certificate or a certificate of exemption.
