1. Import & Export Assistant

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in documentation, shipment tracking and customs-clearance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing clearance documents and forms for applications.
- Handling NAFDAC documentation on the Nigeria Single Window (NSW).
- Confirming and processing shipping documents for PAAR applications.
- Maintaining shipment trackers.
- Following up with clearing agents on shipment clearance.
2. Procurement Executor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities
The Procurement Executor will support supplier management, purchasing and import-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
- Receiving and organising purchase plans from business centres.
- Placing orders efficiently while applying negotiation skills and cost awareness.
- Preparing applications for import certificates.
- Ensuring orders are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinating after-sales disputes involving issues such as product quality and shortages.
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
