Applications for the 2026 Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme has commenced across different Heirs Holdings subsidiaries including Heirs Insurance Group, United Capital Plc, Heirs Holdings, Afriland properties and Heirs Energies.

The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector.

Driven by Heirs Academy, the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings, the programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, giving the HH Graduate Trainees a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies.

Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees are placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, providing an opportunity to begin their careers within a leading pan-African investment group.

Heirs Energies

Applications are requested from graduates in the following disciplines: Engineers, Geology / Physics / Geophysics
