Alhaji Musediq Adeniji Kazeem Elected New Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria President 

Alhaji Musediq Adeniji Kazeem has been elected as the new National President of the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria.

His election was announced in a statement on Monday by the National Publicity Secretary of the body Dr Muhammad Hassan.

Alhaji Kazeem was elected during the 11th Triennial Conference of the Society, recently held in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

In his acceptance speech, Alhaji Kazeem pledged to lead with transparency, unity, and dedication to Islamic principles.

He highlighted his focus on education, outreach, leadership development, and organisational transparency.

His key initiatives include reforming Summit University’s management and investing in research and staff training.

He also aims to expand access to education through Ansar-Ud-Deen schools nationwide.

“Ansar-Ud-Deen Heritage Centres will be established to showcase Islamic history, art, and scholarship.

“The new AnsarCare Initiative will offer medical aid and vocational training for widows and orphans.

“A digital portal will be launched to track projects, finances, and collect member feedback,” he said.

Alhaji Kazeem who is a Former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of Lagos State succeeds Alhaji AbdulRafiu Sani following the completion of his two-term tenure of three years each.

Kazeem pledged to promote unity, empower youth, and build strategic partnerships to strengthen the society.

Other Newly Elected Executives

Similarly, Former National Commissioner in charge of Policy, Personnel, Management and Finance of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Dr. Ibrahim Yusuf, emerged as Deputy President, while former National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers Workers (NURTW), Najeem Yasin emerged as the Vice President (North).

Other newly elected executive members are Nurudeen Okunleye – Vice President (Lagos State), Jimoh Popoola -Vice President (Ogun State), retired Justice Moshood Ajeigbe – Vice President (Osun State), Tesleem Adediran – Vice President (Oyo State ), Sulaiman Ogunlayi – Vice President (Ekiti State ), Yusuf Adesina Soliu – Vice President (Ondo State ) and Abdul-Rahman Olabode Salaudeen, National Secretary among others.
