Polaris Bank Corporate Banking Job
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing profitable relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

- Understanding clients’ banking requirements and providing appropriate financial solutions.

Where required, the Relationship Manager will present credit proposals to internal approval committees and monitor approved facilities to ensure that customers comply with agreed terms and conditions.
Credit Analysis and Portfolio Management

The successful applicant will be expected to understand corporate financial statements, conduct financial analysis and evaluate the creditworthiness of businesses seeking financing.
The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, maintaining asset quality, ensuring timely facility renewals and reducing the risk of non-performing loans through proactive portfolio management.
The Relationship Manager will prepare portfolio reviews and management reports and ensure that customer relationships comply with the bank’s internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
