The role oversees GSO portfolios covering customer service and travel and will assist two entry-level Assistant General Services Officers in providing services to GSO customers.

The position is supervisory and reports to the Supervisory General Services Officer.

Candidates should also understand local administrative structures and agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Diplomatic Services Bureau, Customs, Tax Authority and Motor Vehicle Authority.

Knowledge of local business practices, including negotiation and relationship-building with government and private-sector contacts, is also required.
