PwC Africa has appointed Femi Osinubi as its Africa Advisory Leader, effective July 1, 2026.
Osinubi’s appointment follows a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in consulting, risk management, technology advisory, telecommunications, and professional services leadership across Africa.
He most recently served as Consulting & Risk Services Leader for PwC’s West Market Area, where he oversaw advisory operations covering technology consulting, strategy, operations, workforce transformation, finance advisory, governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit services.

Academically, Osinubi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Operations from the Warwick Business School, United Kingdom. He has also completed executive leadership training at Saïd Business School through the Leading Professional Services Programme. He earned a first degree in Computer Science and became a licensed Chartered Accountant in 2001.
Consulting Background
Prior to his new role, he also served as Nigeria Advisory Leader, leading PwC’s Consulting and Deals business in Nigeria, and played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s Risk Assurance practice across West Africa. He additionally led PwC’s technology practice in the region and headed industry engagements across the technology, media, telecommunications, and hospitality sectors.
Since becoming a partner at PwC in 2012, Osinubi has held several senior leadership positions, including Partner & Advisory Leader, Partner & Technology Leader for the West Market Area, and founder of the PwC Nigeria Experience Centre, which was established in 2019. He has also served as Global Relationship Partner for two of PwC’s priority clients in West Africa, managing strategic relationships at executive level.
Telecommunications Experience
Before rejoining PwC, Osinubi worked at Vodafone Ghana as Director and Head of Revenue Management between 2009 and 2012. In that role, he was responsible for revenue assurance, billing integrity, revenue reporting, fraud management, credit control, and collections. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Revenue Assurance at MTN Group in Nigeria and held various consulting positions at PwC in the United Kingdom.
His professional expertise covers strategy development, digital transformation, technology consulting, business model reinvention, governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
