Key Responsibilities
- Support the business development and recruitment team in generating leads and closing sales
- Build and manage lasting client relationships across industries
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and performance coaching
- Learn to manage the full recruitment sales cycle — from prospecting to client management
- Contribute to revenue targets and company growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering, etc.)
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about growth
- Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
