Click ‘new service’, then click ‘proceed with request ‘
Fill the form , then send.
How to Replace EKEDC Prepaid Meters
Visit webportal.ekedc.com
Login to your account or in the absence of an existing account , register using your Meter number or SPN/contract number.
Choose meter replacement from the displayed menu
Fill the form, then submit
How to Convert From Postpaid to Prepaid
Visit webportal.ekedc.com
Login to your account or in the absence of an existing account , register using your Meter number or SPN/contract number
From the menu, select the conversion type you need
Click submit them wait for confirmation or further instructions.
