Required Qualification

  • Hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Have achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or an equivalent CGPA from an accredited university
  • Be a recent graduate (Class of 2026) or be expected to graduate within the next six (6) months
  • Have completed NYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026
  • Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria
  • Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme
  • Be available to commence the programme in February 2027
  • Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme
  • Successful participation in the Graduate Programme does not guarantee employment in a permanent role upon completion of the programme
