Schneider Electric has commenced applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme where interns will embark on a 24-month structured learning and development journey designed to accelerate their career career.
Required Qualification
- Hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology
- Have achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or an equivalent CGPA from an accredited university
- Be a recent graduate (Class of 2026) or be expected to graduate within the next six (6) months
- Have completed NYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026
- Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria
- Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme
- Be available to commence the programme in February 2027
- Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme
- Successful participation in the Graduate Programme does not guarantee employment in a permanent role upon completion of the programme
