Qore Technologies is hiring an Associate, Corporate Governance & LRCC Operations to help in the day to day running of the organisation.

Responsibilities

    Manage Board and committee meetings (papers, minutes, resolutions, action tracking)

  • Maintain statutory filings, corporate records, and governance documentation
  • Oversee governance frameworks, delegation structures, and decision records
  • Manage shareholding, cap table, and equity documentation where applicable
  • Own intake, triage, and routing of all LRCC requests across teams
  • Maintain task management systems, trackers, and workflow discipline
  • Monitor SLA performance and ensure timely routing and resolution of matters
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting visibility for LRCC performance
  • Ensure repository governance, document control, and knowledge management
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk teams
  • Track escalations, dependencies, and ensure no matter lacks ownership
  • Support Board, ExCo, and management reporting with structured data and updates
  • Enforce operational standards across intake, documentation, and reporting
  • Supervise Governance and Operations Analysts/Coordinators

Requirements

  • Nigerian-qualified lawyer with LLB and BL, or a compliance / regulatory professional with strong legal and regulatory training. LLB and BL strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in a reputable commercial, regulatory or financial services law firm practice and an in-house / industry role within a regulated financial services institution, fintech, payments company, bank, technology company or similarly regulated business.
  • Experience in corporate governance, legal operations or compliance operations
  • Strong understanding of Board processes, statutory compliance, and documentation standards
  • Proven experience managing workflows, trackers, and operational systems
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional workflow
