Dangote Industries Limited, a powerhouse since 1978 under the vision of Aliko Dangote, has evolved from a trading outfit to Africa’s leading conglomerate, significantly impacting Nigeria’s economy with its cement, sugar, flour, and pasta production, diminishing import reliance and fostering job growth. The company’s latest venture, Africa’s largest oil refinery opened in 2023, along with expansions into fertilizer, logistics, and truck assembly, underscores its commitment to sustainable development. Now, as Dangote Limited aims to continue its legacy of innovation and industrialization across Sub-Saharan Africa, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Transformation to spearhead its next growth phase. If you’re ready to lead change, drive strategic initiatives, and make a lasting impact, apply now to be part of this transformative journey at Dangote Industries.
