Available Positions
Technical Trainee
The Technical Trainee role is open to HND graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme between 2023 and 2026.
The role is based in Lagos and offers:
- Monthly salary of ₦120,000
- Feeding subsidy of ₦27,300

The salary range for the role is between ₦200,000 and ₦300,000 monthly.
Operator – Power Plant
The company is seeking experienced operators for its power plant operations in Ogun.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring plant operations
- Maintaining gas generators
- Handling preventive and corrective maintenance
- Managing power and fuel readings
- Operating SCADA systems
- Maintaining Watsila gas engines
Candidates must be capable of independently managing 12.5MW gas generators.
The salary range for the position is ₦200,000 to ₦300,000 per month.
Assistant Manager – Mechanical
FlexFilms is hiring Assistant Managers in Mechanical Engineering for its Ogun operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing machinery breakdowns
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Spare parts inventory management
- Shutdown activity coordination
- Conducting root cause analysis
Successful candidates will earn between ₦500,000 and ₦750,000 monthly.
Assistant Manager – Electronics & Instrumentation
The Electronics and Instrumentation role requires candidates with expertise in:
- Siemens PLC systems and drives
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Industrial motor maintenance
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshooting industrial equipment and sensors
- Team management and maintenance planning
