Mantrac has commenced applications for its Service Trainee (Graduate Trainee Programme) for 2026.

Key Responsibilities

– Disassemble engines and components as instructed.

– Clean parts, inspect components, and assist in repairs and overhauls.

– Receive and manage spare parts according to requisitions.

– Assist engineers in assembly, testing, and adjustment of parts.

– Perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment.

– Visit customer sites for service and maintenance work.

– Maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow all safety protocols.

– Prepare spare parts requests and keep tools in good condition.

– Stay updated and motivated through continuous learning.

Qualifications & Requirements

– B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

– Must have completed NYSC.

– Valid Driver’s License.

– Fresh graduates or candidates with not more than 3 years of related experience.

– Strong interest in heavy equipment service and maintenance.
