The candidate must be able to operate, service, and maintain renewable energy hybrid systems installed for clients in the commercial, industrial, and telecom sectors across Nigeria, achieving a minimum uptime of 99.5%.

Key responsibilities
1. Implement operational and maintenance procedures for company assets deployed at client sites, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with technical standards.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure:
- Achievement of minimum system uptime of 99.5%
- Site operating costs—including diesel usage, consumables, and grid power—remain within approved budgets.
- Clients adhere to agreed operational procedures and designated operating hours.
- Timely and accurate billing and collections in coordination with the Finance team.
- Adoption of best‑practice maintenance standards for all assets, including diesel and gas generators, batteries, inverters, and solar panels, to maximize equipment life cycle.
3. Remain available and willing to travel to various sites across Nigeria based on operational requirements
4. Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) protocols during all on‑site activities.
5. Conduct installation, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and corrective maintenance activities as assigned.
6. Keep accurate service records, site reports, and maintenance logs for internal and client use.
7. Support customer relations through professional communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
8. Coordinate with internal units (Projects, NOC, SCM, QHSE, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
