Key Responsibilities
As a manager, you will advise on multiple and challenging Regulatory and tax advisory engagements and contribute to the delivery of innovative tax and regulatory planning ideas for our diverse clients.

- Identifying opportunities to sell refund and recovery services.

- Collaborating on business development initiatives in specific industries targeting practice growth
- Drafting tax alerts about changes to legislation and regulations or following policy statements or judgements
- Coordinate a program of training and capacity-building activities for the team covering all key areas of compliance and regulatory developments
- Identify, understand, and escalate clients’ compliance risk events/issues in a timely manner and focus on fixing the root causes of the issues. Monitor the implementation status of agreed-upon action points aimed at driving compliance.
- Manage clients’ compliance obligations.
- Support clients in regulatory compliance, including the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings such as annual returns, or a timely response to regulatory circulars

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law (at least a second-class upper division)
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
- Excellent managerial, organizational and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment
