Role Overview

Analytics & Governance
- Build reconciliation systems across payment platforms
- Enable business intelligence dashboards for internal teams
- Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and data protection standards
- Maintain audit trails and data lineage for transparency
Collaboration
- Work across product, finance, engineering, and risk teams
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Support experimentation and growth initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants are expected to have between three to six years of experience in data engineering or backend data infrastructure.
A degree (BA, BSc, or HND) in a relevant field is required.
Key technical skills include:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and workflow orchestration platforms like Airflow
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of data warehousing systems including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or PostgreSQL
Additional experience in fintech, payments systems, or risk analytics will be considered an advantage.
