Role Overview
Graduate Trainees will participate in a structured learning programme that combines classroom learning with hands-on operational experience across warehouse and commercial functions.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals while gaining practical knowledge in inventory control, commodity finance, logistics, operational reporting, internal controls, and sustainability practices.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Between 0 and 2 years post-NYSC work experience
- Maximum age of 25 years
Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CILT, or CIPS will be considered an added advantage.
