Huawei Nigeria is seeking a Partner Account Manager – Enterprise ICT Solutions to lead our channel partner growth strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing partner ecosystem (VARs, SIs, Distributors), driving revenue growth, and developing strong long-term relationships to expand our footprint in the Nigerian enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local partner strategy to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-value partners.
  • Drive sales revenue and ensure timely cash collection by enabling partners with training, support, and sales tools.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner leadership and stakeholders, ensuring win-win collaboration.
  • Organize partner branding and demand-generation activities to boost market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve channel conflicts and sustain a healthy ecosystem.

Required Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the ICT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s ICT channel ecosystem (cloud, networking, enterprise solutions, infrastructure, or software).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives under pressure and embraces challenges.
