Key Requirements

1. Commitment to Training

This programme is designed for serious and committed individuals only. Applicants are expected to demonstrate full dedication throughout the duration of the training.

2. Attendance Requirement (Mandatory)

Trainees must achieve a minimum of 65% attendance across the total duration of the programme.

Attendance is calculated based on the Guided Learning Hours (GLH) required to complete each unit of the selected trade.

This means trainees must be physically present at their assigned training centre and actively participate in all sessions.

3. Biometric Attendance System

Attendance will be monitored strictly using a fingerprint biometric system.

Only attendance captured through the biometric system will be considered valid.

Manual attendance records will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Stipend Conditions

Trainees are eligible for a monthly stipend of ₦22,500, subject to meeting attendance requirements.

Failure to meet the minimum 65% attendance threshold will result in forfeiture of the stipend for that month.

The stipend is not a salary, but an incentive to support participation in the training programme.

Delays (if any) in stipend disbursement do not justify absence from training. Attendance obligations remain binding.

5. Training Location Requirement

Applicants must provide their accurate residential address, including State and Local Government Area (LGA).

Trainees are expected to select training centres within their LGA of residence to ensure consistent attendance.

Requests for relocation or changes after selection will be strongly restricted.

6. Identity Verification (NIN & BVN Requirement)

Applicants must provide valid National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN) details.

The names on the NIN and BVN must match.

Applications with mismatched or unverifiable identity details will not be processed.

The programme reserves the right to validate all identity information and disqualify applicants where inconsistencies are detected.

7. Programme Structure and Duration

The duration of training varies depending on the selected trade.

All programmes are designed to achieve a minimum of National Skills Qualification (NSQ) Level 2 competency for a beginner.

8. Conduct and Discipline

Trainees must adhere to all rules and regulations of their assigned training centres.

Professional conduct, punctuality, and respect for instructors and fellow trainees are mandatory.

Any form of misconduct, absenteeism, falsification of records, or disruptive behaviour may lead to suspension or removal from the programme.

9. Trade Selection Responsibility

Applicants must carefully select a trade they are genuinely interested in and capable of completing.

Requests to change trades after enrolment will be restricted.

10. Programme Compliance

Participation in the programme is subject to compliance with all monitoring, evaluation, and verification processes, including biometric attendance and reporting requirements.

The programme reserves the right to withhold benefits or withdraw participants who fail to meet set standards.
