Key Responsibilities

Requirements
– Experience: 5+ years coordinating programs in NGOs, youth development, or community work
– Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, spoken and written communication, computer proficiency
– Mindset: Passionate about issues affecting young people; empathetic, organized, proactive
– Education: Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or related field may be an advantage.
– Bonus: M&E experience, donor-funded project experience.
