Role Overview
The Alliance Market Lead – ServiceNow is responsible for driving KPMG’s ServiceNow partnership across Africa, converting alliance relationships into revenue-generating deals and managing the full commercial pipeline from opportunity identification to deal closure.
This role is central to KPMG’s growth in ServiceNow-led digital transformation projects across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. ServiceNow Alliance Pipeline Development (50%)
- Build and manage a strong ServiceNow opportunity pipeline across African markets
- Maintain relationships with ServiceNow sales, consultants, and partner teams
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities across ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, and related modules
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with ServiceNow
2. Deal Shaping & Commercial Execution (35%)
- Structure and convert complex opportunities into viable KPMG deals
- Lead proposal development, pricing, and bid management
- Coordinate end-to-end deal closure processes
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams
3. Partner Governance (15%)
- Manage KPMG’s ServiceNow Elite Partner relationship
- Ensure compliance with partner certification and performance requirements
- Participate in joint planning and governance reviews
Requirements
- Strong experience in technology sales or alliance management
- Proven track record of closing ServiceNow-related deals
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow partner ecosystem
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Sales or equivalent preferred
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
2. Regional Pod / Portfolio Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Regional coverage across Africa)

Qualifications: BA/BSc/HND in Business, Project Management, or related field
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP preferred
Experience: Minimum 10 years in consulting or programme management
Role Overview
The Regional Pod / Portfolio Lead is responsible for overseeing multi-country project portfolios across KPMG’s Technology & Innovation delivery operations. The role ensures smooth execution, resource allocation, and delivery quality across multiple engagements.

- Manage delivery portfolio across multiple African markets
- Allocate resources efficiently across engagements
- Track revenue, margins, risks, and staffing requirements

- Lead weekly delivery reviews and governance sessions
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues

Requirements
- Strong experience managing multi-country technology portfolios

- Ability to manage USD 10M+ portfolios
