In this role, you will also perform a range of administrative tasks, helping the team where needed, update recruiting calendar and you will help coordinate the hiring of consultants through recruiting events.
This role is a full-time internship 24 months contract based in Mckinsey & Company’s Lagos office as an integral member of our Africa recruiting team reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruiting in Africa.

Required Qualifications
- University degree required
- Some experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Employer Branding is preferred
- Solid knowledge of basic computer applications
- Strong customer service orientation; excellent communication skills
