An indigenous conglomerate with diversified interests spanning manufacturing, food & beverage, and agricultural sectors, is seeking a seasoned finance executive in Lagos to fill the role of Group Chief Finance Officer.
The role reporting directly to the Group Managing Director has responsibility for the financial stewardship of the Group and its subsidiaries.
The GCFO will lead the Group’s financial planning, treasury operations, capital management, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance. The role holder will also drive the Group’s capital raise initiatives and serve as the primary interface with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• ACA or ACCA qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in a multi-entity, group, or conglomerate finance environment
• Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, or diversified industrial sectors
• Deep expertise in financial reporting (IFRS), corporate taxation, treasury, and capital markets
