Nokia appoints Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure

Nokia has announced the appointment of Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure and member of the Nokia Group Leadership Team, effective 1 September 2026.

Falck brings extensive experience leading transformation and improving performance in complex global technology businesses. She joins Nokia from Siemens, where she serves as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings, leading a global organization across product management and development, and supply chain.

At Siemens, she held senior strategy roles and led technology organizations building automation, software and connected devices. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group and held senior leadership roles at KONE. She holds a PhD in Computational Physics from Aalto University.

Background

Emma Falck currently serves as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings at Siemens, a role held since October 2024, after previously serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Connected Devices business segment within Smart Infrastructure from April 2023 to September 2024, and Head of Strategy for Smart Infrastructure between September 2020 and March 2023.

Before rejoining Siemens, the executive was Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group from 2017 to 2020. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at KONE, where she served as Vice President for Greater China Area New Equipment Business and China Frontline Product Strategy and Marketing from 2014 to 2017, following a stint as Director of Strategy Development from 2012 to 2014.

She also spent several years at Boston Consulting Group between 2007 and 2012, progressing through roles including Consultant, Associate, Project Leader, and Principal. Academic and research experience includes work as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology from 2005 to 2007, as well as doctoral and postdoctoral research at Aalto University between 2000 and 2005.
