Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:
- Prepare investment appraisal documents for private equity and private debt transactions
- Conduct market and industry research across targeted West African markets
- Support portfolio companies with value creation initiatives
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and written reports containing research findings and investment recommendations
- Assist management with additional strategic initiatives within the organisation
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants interested in the graduate trainee role must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Between zero and two years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
