Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate local and international travel logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action points
- Handle correspondence, including emails and calls
Project & Strategic Support
- Track and manage strategic projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Organize high-level corporate events and board meetings
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across teams and partners
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle sensitive business and client information with discretion
- Support governance processes and regulatory compliance standards
Office & Process Management
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) in any discipline
- Strong proficiency in English and business writing
- Experience with office productivity tools and systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Core Competencies:

- High level of discretion and professionalism
