Applications are officially open for the 2027 cohort of the Young Leaders Program by McKinsey & Company across its Nairobi and Addis Ababa offices.
This program is designed for high-potential graduates who are ready to begin a career in management consulting, working directly with clients across industries while solving some of Africa’s most complex and pressing challenges.
Participants will gain hands-on consulting experience, structured training, and exposure to real-world impact projects that shape policy, business growth, and development across the continent.
Program Overview
The Young Leaders Program is a launchpad for future consultants and leaders.
It offers early-career professionals the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants on high-impact engagements across Africa.
Selected candidates will contribute to solving strategic problems, developing insights, and supporting organizations across sectors such as finance, healthcare, energy, and public policy.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2026 and early 2027 graduates
- Applicants must be based in Kenya or Ethiopia
- Strong academic background with completed high school and degree qualifications
