Global professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has announced the commencement of applications for its 2026 Graduate Associate Programme in Nigeria, targeting fresh graduates seeking to launch careers in consulting, audit, tax, and advisory services.
The programme, which offers permanent employment, is open to candidates across Nigeria, with placements available in Lagos and Abuja. However, the firm noted that applications in Abuja will be limited strictly to its Assurance line of service.
PwC described the opportunity as a gateway for young professionals to tap into its global network of over 364,000 employees operating across more than 136 countries. According to the company, successful applicants will gain access to world-class training, mentorship, and career development pathways designed to shape them into future business leaders.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will follow a structured seven-stage pipeline beginning with the application phase and progressing through a series of assessments and interviews. Candidates will undergo the Cornerstone Assessment, followed by SHL tests, before advancing to first-level and partner interviews. Successful applicants will then receive offers ahead of resumption.

Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), possess a minimum of a second-class degree or its equivalent, and have at least five O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.

The firm added that participants will not only gain professional experience but also build long-term relationships and collaborative skills by working alongside peers and industry experts.
