Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline
– Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
– Maximum of one (1) year post-graduation work experience
– Maximum age of 25 years by December 2026
