Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial management and strategy of the organization, ensure financial stability and support business growth. Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, regulatory reporting, developing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and leading the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proven capabilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Leadership, team management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA or ICAN) are preferred
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial sector is advantageous.
