The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) has invited qualified firms and consultants to submit proposals for the provision of Business Plan, Financials and Pitch Video Review Services.
The consultancy engagement is aimed at supporting the foundation in reviewing and assessing business plans, financial projections and pitch videos submitted by entrepreneurs.
According to the foundation, it is seeking experienced professionals with the relevant expertise to conduct the review and assessment of the materials and provide professional consultancy services.

Interested firms and consultants are expected to submit their proposals to tender@tonyelumelufoundation.org.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, October 9, 2026.
