Available Positions
1. Store Specialist, Mines
Location: Obajana Plant, Kogi State
Dangote Cement is hiring a senior Store Specialist to manage and control all mining-related inventory and store operations supporting limestone and mining activities at the Obajana Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and control of mining spares, consumables, tools, and PPE
- Ensure availability of critical spares for mining equipment including dump trucks, excavators, drills, crushers, and conveyors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP MM/WM or similar ERP systems
- Conduct stock counts, variance analysis, and manage obsolete or surplus inventory
- Enforce strict HSE compliance and safe storage of hazardous materials
- Coordinate with Mines Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, and Security teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in store or inventory operations
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment spare parts and consumables
- Proven leadership and ability to work in remote mine environments
2. SAP Support Analyst – Materials Management
Location: Head Office, Lagos
The company is also recruiting an SAP Support Analyst to support daily SAP MM operations and enterprise-wide SAP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP MM modules
- Manage SAP projects from requirement gathering to deployment
- Convert business requirements into functional and WRICEF specifications
- Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training
- Support integration with SD, PP, FICO, and other SAP modules
- Design and manage SAP roles and authorizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a technical or business-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an SAP MM Consultant or Support Analyst
- At least one end-to-end SAP MM implementation experience
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and basic ABAP debugging is an added advantage
3. CTES Tracking Data Analyst
Location: Head Office, Lagos
Dangote Cement is seeking a Data Analyst to provide timely operational and financial insights in support of its Sales Logistics function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor logistics and fleet performance KPIs
- Develop analytical reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Provide decision-support analytics to management and stakeholders
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools for data-driven insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in logistics or fleet management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query)
- Strong experience with Power BI and business intelligence tools
