Genesis Group involved in in a wide range of services, including Catering, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cinemas is hiring a Management trainee in Delta, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Lagos, and Port Harcourt – Rivers.
Core Responsibilities
- Departmental Rotations: Work across different business units (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to gain hands-on operational experience.
- Project Management: Lead or assist in executing strategic initiatives, process improvements, and data analysis projects to support management decisions.
- Shadowing & Learning: Observe senior managers, attend leadership meetings, and participate in training seminars.
- Operational Support: Help management with day-to-day tasks, such as creating employee schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving customer issues.
- Performance Tracking: Meet the specific program milestones, complete assigned projects, and pass periodic evaluations.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attributes: High adaptability, leadership potential, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to learning.
