Pfizer is hiring personnel in charge of Coordinating the administration of Nigeria West Africa Cluster offices and first point of contact for related support functions and service providers. Provision of secretariat/Administrative support to the Commercial manager and the functional leadership team.
Key Accountabilities
Office coordination and management
- Coordination of admin support and resource management
- Act as representative of Admin functions with leadership
- Ensure that office supplies and services are maintained at appropriate levels
- Monitor service levels
- Monitor inventory
- Ensure that contract service levels are met
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness
Corporate Admin
- Support Functional Leads and Country Manager in administration of all administrations related to Pfizer entity
- Nigeria Office, Ghana, Senegal, and Ivory Coast 3rd party offices
- Coordination of stakeholders / signatories relating to legal entity
- Ensure requisite registrations and documentation are up to date
- Management and retention of related visas
Selected Commercial Manager admin
- As agreed with CM
- Calendar management
- Travel planning and visa processing
- Commercial meetings planning
- Additional tasks as required
Global Operations
- First point of contact for Global Ops – Dubai
- Interface with local contractor (Broll)
- Ensure that site is maintained to Pfizer defined standards
- Physical site inspections weekly
- Review of Broll invoicing
- Oversight of maintenance (planned and one-off)

Visitor Travel Management
- Manage protocol and coordinate local travel itinerary for Pfizer colleagues travelling to Lagos
- Liaise with relevant functions, assistants, security, logistics providers
- Liaise with embassies and airlines (travel agencies) for visas and flight routings
- Assist with Visa applications, immigration activities as required
Additional Projects as Required by Commercial Manager

- ISO support as requested
