The program is a structured graduate/early-career programme at Chapel Hill Denham (a leading Nigerian investment banking, securities trading, investment management, and alternative investments firm). It focuses on hands-on experience in Nigeria’s financial markets, with rotations across core areas such as investment banking, investment management, and securities trading.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division / 2:1).
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Nigerian university graduates must have completed NYSC.
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS) are an added advantage.
