Air Sierra Leone has announced the launch of a new flight service connecting London and Lagos via Freetown, marking a major expansion of its international operations.
The new route, designed to strengthen air connectivity between West Africa and Europe, offers passengers a convenient travel option between the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
According to the airline, a special promotional return fare of $950 has been introduced to celebrate the route’s commencement. The flights will operate both ways, London to Lagos via Freetown and Lagos to London via Freetown providing travellers with greater flexibility and a competitive alternative to other carriers on the corridor.
Air Sierra Leone stated that the new service underscores its commitment to enhancing regional and international air travel, while promoting trade and tourism links between Africa and Europe.
The airline also expressed optimism that the route will boost passenger movement and foster stronger ties among Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom.
