A company is hiring an Engineering Manager in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos on a full time basis.

The Engineering Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for our additive manufacturing and engineering functions, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of 3D printing, laser cutting, UV printing, and related production operations.

Compensation: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,500,000 Net Monthly

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee all engineering and production operations including FDM, SLA, and other additive manufacturing processes, laser cutting, and UV printing activities.

– ⁠Lead the preparation and optimization of 3D print files, including CAD modelling, slicing, support structure design, and build parameter configuration across various materials.

– ⁠Manage the full engineering project lifecycle from client brief and concept design through prototyping, production, post-processing, and final delivery.

– ⁠Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all production equipment including 3D printers, laser cutters, and UV printing machines to maximise uptime and output quality.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

– ⁠Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within an additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, or advanced manufacturing environment.

– ⁠Hands-on proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD, for part design, assembly modelling, and design for additive manufacturing (DfAM).
