Dufil Prima Foods has announced that applications are now open for its 2026 Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme, offering young engineering graduates an opportunity to begin their careers in one of Nigeria’s largest food manufacturing companies.
The programme is targeted at ambitious and enthusiastic graduates who are interested in building careers in engineering and manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will receive practical training and hands-on experience within Dufil’s production environment.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation/Instrumentation Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- Must not be older than 30 years.
- Between 0 and 2 years of post-graduation experience.
- Must have completed the NYSC or currently be serving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and operate relevant software.
- Passion for engineering and manufacturing.
