About VivaFemini

VivaFemini is an all-in-one women’s health ecosystem for Africa that integrates telehealth access to compassionate clinicians with smart tracking tools for periods, symptoms, fertility, and pregnancy.

Our platform provides a trusted, culturally aware health information library tailored to African realities alongside a curated marketplace for diagnostics, tests, and pharmacy services through our network of partner clinics and labs.

We offer a complete journey of care and community support that spans menstrual health and PCOS, fertility and pregnancy, sexual and reproductive health, menopause, and long-term chronic care.

This is not just a “post on Instagram” role.

This is a full‑stack digital marketing role: content, campaigns, experimentation, and analytics.

The Mission: “Turn women’s real questions into content and campaigns that drive trust, sign‑ups, and active usage.”

You will:

Own and execute VivaFemini’s digital marketing calendar across social, web, email, and paid channels.

Create and manage content that feels safe, relatable, and useful for women at different life stages.

Run experiments (A/B tests) and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Work closely with our Growth & product team so that online and offline growth efforts reinforce each other.

By launch, we want to be able to say: “The field team built demand on the ground; you built the digital engine that amplified it.”

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Editorial Calendar

Own the content calendar for VivaFemini across:

Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp)

Blog / website content.

Email newsletters

Work with clinical and product team to create:

Short‑form educational content (posts, carousels, Reels/TikToks).

Simple explainers around topics like: periods, fibroids, fertility, contraception, pregnancy, menopause, mental health.

Stories that highlight women’s real experiences (always anonymised and respectful).

Ensure all content:

Is clinically accurate (with sign‑off where needed).

Uses a warm, non‑judgmental, culturally aware tone.

Is adapted to local Nigerian context (language, examples, references).

2. Digital Campaigns & Growth Experiments

Plan and run digital campaigns to drive:

Waitlist sign‑ups pre‑launch.

App installs and activation post‑launch.

Set up and manage A/B tests on:

Creatives and copy (e.g., different hooks, headlines, CTAs).

Landing pages (sign‑up vs learn‑more flows).

Ad audiences and placements.

Work with the Growth & Product team to:

Amplify offline activations via digital (e.g., recap Reels, user stories, partner spotlights).

Retarget people who engaged offline using digital channels where possible.

Collaborate with Product/Growth to define and track:

Key funnel metrics (click‑through, sign‑up, cost per acquisition, etc.).

3. SEO, SEM & Paid Media

Support SEO for VivaFemini’s website and content:

Keyword research for women’s health topics in Nigeria/West Africa.

Optimising blogs and landing pages for search.

Ensuring content structure is SEO‑friendly (titles, meta, internal linking).

Plan and manage paid campaigns with a test‑and‑learn mindset:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google Search, and possibly TikTok.

Small budget experiments with clear hypotheses and outcomes.

Continuous optimisation: pausing what doesn’t work, scaling what does.

Work within budget constraints:

You are comfortable doing a lot with a little.

You can show where ₦100k, ₦200k, or ₦500k went and what it delivered.

4. Brand Storytelling & Community Building (Digital)

Bring the VivaFemini brand to life online in a way that feels:

Safe, sisterly, and credible—not overly clinical or preachy.

Honest about what we can and cannot do as a digital health platform.

Work with ambassadors and community champions:

Turn their experiences and FAQs into content series.

Support them with simple digital assets and scripts.

Support light community‑building efforts:

Help shape topics for live sessions, webinars, or IG Lives with clinicians and experts.

Coordinate with CX/Support to ensure community rules and tone are consistent.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Playbooks

Track and report on:

Channel growth (followers, subscribers, community size).

Engagement (likes, comments, saves, shares, watch time).

Conversion (clicks → sign‑ups → installs where possible).

Build simple dashboards or reports (e.g., in Google Sheets / Looker Studio) that the team can understand.

Create internal playbooks, such as:

“How we create a high‑performing VivaFemini Instagram carousel.”

“How we test and launch a WhatsApp / email campaign.”

“Our best‑performing hooks and themes for Lagos audiences.”

What Success Looks Like

A clear, consistent digital presence for VivaFemini that reflects our brand and mission.

You have launched multiple digital campaigns that:

Drive thousands of waitlist sign‑ups, working in tandem with offline efforts.

Show clear learning: which messages, creatives, and audiences work best.

You have established content pillars (e.g., education, myths vs facts, stories, tips) and a repeatable publishing rhythm.

Requirements

Must‑Have:

3–5 years’ experience in any mix of:

Digital marketing for consumer brands (FMCG, fintech, health, lifestyle, etc.).

Performance marketing (Meta/Google ads, basic UTM tracking).

Content creation and community‑oriented social media management.

Strong content and communication skills:

You can write clear, empathetic copy for social, email, and web.

You know how to brief designers or create simple creatives yourself (e.g., Canva).

Comfortable with:

Social media scheduling & analytics tools.

SEO/keyword tools.

Running and interpreting A/B tests.

Using UTM links, basic funnel tracking.

Analytical mindset:

You’ve run campaigns where you can explain:

Objective → hypothesis → experiment → outcome.

What you learned and what you’d change.

Nice‑to‑Have:

Experience with:

Health, wellness, insurance, or NGO/social impact campaigns.

Women’s health or gender‑based programmes.

Influencer/ambassador marketing.

Familiarity with:

Email marketing (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid etc.).

Simple landing page tools (e.g., Carrd, Webflow, no‑code tools).

Personal Traits:

You are mission‑driven: you genuinely care about women’s health, dignity, and privacy.

You are user‑obsessed: you listen to how women actually speak about their bodies and lives, and you reflect that in content.

You are test‑and‑learn minded: you don’t need perfection before you experiment. You measure, learn, and iterate.

You are ethical: you will not exploit fear, shame, or misinformation to get clicks.

What We Offer

A chance to be a foundational member of VivaFemini’s growth and brand team.

Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO, Director of Growth & Operations, and clinical leaders.

The opportunity to shape how women’s health is talked about and delivered in Nigeria and across Africa.

Competitive base compensation, with potential for performance‑based incentives tied to growth and engagement outcomes.

A culture that values initiative, humility, learning, and impact.
